Kiwanya Tende is a writer, author, teacher, and an ordained Minister. She is currently studying Psychology/Christian Counseling with Liberty University. Life has brought several challenges her way, but going through those challenges is what made her the woman she is today. Transparency and authenticity are very important attributes to her. She felt God’s call to minister about 15 years ago, but it wasn’t until 2012 that she said “YES”, and decided to move forward. Her heart for women who have experienced incarceration, those who are emotionally broken, have experienced a traumatic past and Discipleship are key to the ministry, and why it exists today. Kiwanya is married to Eldon. They are blessed with 2 adult children and wonderful grandchildren that bring an abundance of joy. She loves the Lord, encouraging women, family, music, movies, reading, decorating, Christmas, and is an antique/vintage type girl. Extending what God has placed in her heart many years ago, is the core of what Jer-Ne Ministries represents.
While Kiwanya is busy preparing for classes, Bible Studies and full-time Ministry, speaking into the lives of women is something that gives her great joy. Contact Jer-Ne Ministries at for availability.
